tonight i attempted brigitte bardot hair. it looked like this, only really awful.

ohhhhmyy. the way she enunciates hippopotame hurts my heart. every time.

this is the intricate kinetic sculpture of scott weaver, fabricated entirely of toothpicks sourced from all over the world. it is 35 years in the making, and still undergoing improvements (!!). entitled rolling through the bay, the sculpture consists of multiple "tours" through san francisco landmarks i.e. chinatown, the golden gate bridge, alcatraz, the castro district (rainbow toothpicks!), lombard street, etc.. just plain mind-blowing, and so beautiful...i can't even fathom the patience involved.

i'm seriously riding this nineties wave. i just bought myself a vintage lee denim dress on etsy and can't wait to rock it with some combat boots. i need help. on that note:
